He is an Independent Director of BracNet – an internet company- joint venture amongst BRAC, Bangladesh (the largest NGO of the world) , KDDI (one of the top telecom operators of Japan) and Defta Partners (a Silicon Valley based Impact VC firm). Raihan is also Chairman / Director to Board of Sheba Platform Ltd – one of the largest digital platforms for services and SMEs, HealthCare Information Systems Ltd, a Digital Healthcare platform and ciTech Innovations Ltd, a digital education platform. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Raihan earlier was the Deputy CEO & CFO of Grameenphone when he led the largest IPO of the country in 2009 and steered USD 350 million in international funding in 2011. Prior to his work in ICT industry, Raihan worked for Unilever, Shell and KPMG.

In less than two decades, he guided the organization to emerge as a business conglomerate in Bangladesh with three big garments industries and two industrial laundries known for these state-of-the-art production facilities and some of them are LEED Platinum Certified by U.S. Green Building Council, USA. He did his graduation under the University of Dhaka. Upon completion of graduation he joined his father’s business a very old company Northern Flour Mills Limited established in 1965 by Late Mofizuddin Talukder, ex-Industrialist and ex-Member of Parliament. Mr. Ahmed also co-founded Betaone Investments Limited, a full-fledged merchant bank licensed by BSEC and is a director therein.

He completed his graduation from the State University of New York, Buffalo, USA, in 1995. Upon completion of degree he joined in M&J Group and then he set up a modern ecofriendly washing plant in 2006.

Deshan is a CFA charterholder (USA) and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (UK). He is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK.

Mr. Rahman completed his graduation and masters from the University of Dhaka. He joined Dhaka University as a lecturer of Economics in 1974 and continued in this profession till 1976. Thereafter, in 1976, he started exploring business in Trading, Services, and Manufacturing. Previously, Mr. Rahman served as a consultant for Bilateral and Multilateral Donor funded consultancy projects as a specialist in Economics.

Mr. Islam is the Managing Director of Pramanya Communications Solutions Ltd. and a Stakeholder of Chhapaghar Printing Press Limited and MAPS Design Limited. He completed BSc. Engineering (Civil) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
