CAL Securities Limited offers these same services through our Digital Booths, which function like sub-branches and are controlled by our head office at Navana FS Cosmo Tower, Gulshan-2, Dhaka.
+ How does the Digital Booth work?
a) Investors can trade shares, apply for IPOs, and manage BO accounts digitally.
b) Transactions are processed electronically through CDBL (Central Depository Bangladesh Limited).
c) Brokers and investors access it via DSE/CSE portals, mobile apps, or brokerage platforms.
+ What is a BO account?
A BO (Beneficiary Owner) Account is a digital account used in the Bangladesh stock market to buy or sell securities electronically. It replaces the old physical share certificates with a paperless system under CDBL through a Depository Participant (DP), i.e., a brokerage house.
+ How can I open a BO Account?
You can open a BO account at our digital booths. Bring your and your nominee’s NID, 2 passport size photos of both, E-TIN (if available), and a bank cheque. Our relationship manager will assist you. Alternatively, use CDBL’s e-service portal: https://www.cdbl.com.bd/bo/. Contact your relationship manager before starting.
+ How can I deposit funds to my BO account?
You can deposit into your portfolio account maintained with CAL Securities Limited via BEFTN/RTGS/NPSB without visiting the bank physically. Alternatively, deposit into our specific bank accounts and send the deposit slip to your relationship manager via email or WhatsApp.
